Ron has the reputation as the builder who provides the highest quality on the beach. This starts with the 8×8 pilings, with concrete, and rebar construction, and ends with the detail of the crown molding. It was such a relief to have a contractor who has great ideas and a flair for what looks great. This was ever evident in the detail work under the eaves of our porches and the deck arrangement. Having gone to North Myrtle Beach for the last 50 years, I have always had a dream of owning our own home at the beach; we trusted Ron Medlin to help us make a pleasant experience, and we are very pleased with the final product.
